Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI), Tanah Rata, The Sultan Pahang launched this park on 14 June 2003. English Garden, Herb Garden, Orchid Garden and Rose Garden are the main attractions of the park.

There are two quaint black and white cottages, which modeled according to the 16th century Tudor architecture are the main attractions in the English Garden.  Visitors who would like to experience the 16th century England's life may rent a room at these cottages.

There are more than 50 species of temperate and local herbs planted in the Herb Garden. Visitors may get some valuable information about the herbs at this garden. Various roses and orchids varieties were planted in the Rose and Orchid Garden. The gardens were modeled according the New Zealand's Agro Dome and British Kew Garden concept. Strawberries, apples, pears, persimmons, citrus fruits, vegetables, anthuriums and flowers were also planted in this park. These plants were planted by using the high technology. Other than that, visitors may get the latest and valuable information about vegetables, fruits and flowers from the research centre such as new varieties, disease and insect protection techiques and management techniques.
